Pros: It's quiet.

Cons: It's part of Pensacola, which was disliked even by William Bartram in 1777; and is bordered by the oppressive areas known as Ensley and Nine Mile Road.

This is a good place to Visit family, or build a house on Pensacola Bay if you are wealthy enough...
