Pros: Low density zoning, affordable housing, great water access to Gulf of Mexico, 15 miles of bike paths, many good restaurants, a fine elementary school, beautiful rural land, in general a low key atmosphere

Cons: Not many places to shop

This is a good place to Ride bikes, kayak, fish
